Internal audit functions improve the performance, increase operating efficiency, and bring value to your organizations. We offer to perform end-to-end internal audit functions of your company, including the annual planning, execution of the annual plan, and reporting to management and the audit committee. Under an outsourcing arrangement, your company may or may not have a chief audit executive in place within their organization.
In a co-sourcing arrangement, we offer to perform some of internal audit functions as you need it and report the results to your chief of audit division.
Loaned staff arrangement represent secondment of our staff temporarily to perform some of the internal audit functions. In this arrangement, supervision of works are performed by the chief of the internal audit division.
